Equipment & Repair Warranty
A warranty will be provided to you after the equipment installation or repair service. We ensure reliable protection for your investment by offering warranty coverage for up to 12 months (depending on the type of service performed or parts installed). In the event of a system breakdown within the agreed warranty period, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you with further actions.
Warranty Rules and Guidelines:
- The warranty applies strictly to the specific parts replaced or serviced by Superior Water Purification.
- The warranty does not apply after the established warranty period (up to 12 months from the service date) has expired.
- The warranty does not cover clogs, sediment buildup, or mineral deposits of any kind.
- The warranty will not take effect in cases of incorrect usage, neglect, or any damage caused directly or indirectly by the user.
- The warranty will not take effect if foreign objects, unapproved chemicals, or debris enter the pumps, control valves, or any other mechanical parts of the water system.
- To minimize your costs, we always attempt to fix your existing system efficiently before recommending complete part replacements.
- If a new, unrelated component fails or if a previously unreplaced part now requires replacement to solve the issue, this will be treated as a new service and is not covered under the initial repair warranty.
