Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the installation date. To be eligible, the system must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Systems that have been installed and used
  • Custom-configured or special-order equipment
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@superiorwaterpurification.ca or call 437-886-1145 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your system arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
