Shipping Policy

Delivery Area

We currently ship and deliver to addresses across Ontario, Canada.

Shipping Cost

Free delivery is available for orders within Mississauga. For all other locations in Ontario, shipping cost is calculated based on the distance from our warehouse. Installation is included in the product price for all orders — shipping is charged separately.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Time

Once your order is processed, delivery and installation are scheduled within 1–4 business days, depending on your location in Ontario. Total order fulfillment — from processing to delivery — takes 2–7 business days.

Delivery Method

All systems are delivered and installed by our certified local technicians. We do not ship unassembled units via courier — delivery includes professional on-site installation.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order, followed by a scheduling call from our team to arrange delivery and installation.
